The only question on this appeal is whether conviction of the crime of interference with official acts while armed, Iowa Code section 719.1 (1995), requires proof the defendant intended to interfere with official conduct. The district court, believing the crime to be one of general intent, refused defendant Ickey Buchanans request for a jury instruction defining specific intent. Finding no error, we affirm
